MGA chosen to assist Itron IEE8.1 Performance Review
MGA has been engaged by Itron US to assist in the performance testing and tuning of the very latest meter data processing and billing product IEE 8.1. The performance testing will take place in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.

United Energy and MultiNet Gas Sign Up MGA - March 2013
United Energy and MultiNet Gas have signed up MGA to complement the services provided by Accenture and Logica. MGA was responsible for the performance testing and tuning of recent highly successful application rollouts at both sites. MGA has a detailed end to end knowledge of all components of the implementations including SAP, Webmethods, COGNOS, Itron, Oracle11G.

MGA Implements Oracle to SQL Server Replication New York to Florida
MGA setup the replication between New York City and Tallahassee Florida. Restrictions meant site was unable to connect directly from database to database. So solution runs extracting data to csv, sending via email and loading into SQL Server at target. The solution extracts data from a complex JD Edwards Oneworld source to simplified target data model.

Intergen Australia sign MGA for DBA Support
Intergen Australia select MGA for its Database support based on MGAs detailed knowledge of the AEMO data replication and database skills. MGA is currently supporting multiple utilities companies across Australia and the US.

Southern California Edison releases performance improvements
Edison has gone live with Itron IEE Hot Fix 8. MGA was heavily involved in the performance tuning aspects of the release. The site has to process over 5.5 million meters, many of which are interval meters. The outcome is a great result for both Edison and Itron with critical jobs, that had unacceptable performance prior to tuning, having their runtimes reduced by 70% or more.

McKesson UK select MGA for Performance Tuning
McKesson Information Solutions UK has selected MGA to provide expert performance tuning support to allow its to meet a critical deadline and know that performance will not be an issue. The modules being tuned include core payroll and major reconcialition procedures and reports.

Smart Meter Rollout
We’re very proud to be the company responsible for all performance load testing and tuning of Jemena and United Energy’s AMI systems. They included a broad range of software such as SAP, Itron, Cognos and webMethods and have successfully been released with excellent performance and robustness.

Itron select MGA for worldwide tuning
Itron has recently chosen MGA to assist with performance tuning their largest US site (Southern California Edison – 5 million meters) to achieve performance SLAs for ‘Meter to Cash’ and other critical business functions. MGA was also involved in tuning the Itron product at Jemena, United Energy and Ergon Energex.

Sensis Database Disaster Recovery implementation and Job Event Driven Interface
MGA developed an application to monitor and schedule database jobs, elegantly handling scheduling conflicts, flagging unsuccessful jobs and overruns. It was built in APEX. We also provided a Disaster Recovery plan and Performance Testing and Tuning Plan for the same datawarehouse as part of a Sensis migration project. Sensis are very happy with the results.

XStrata choose MGA for 24 * 7 Database Support
XStrata select MGA to manage its database and associated applications in Australia and South America. MGA was selected on expertise and cost effectiveness.

Service Stream select MGA for Managed Services
Service Stream select MGA has to manage its Unix, MicroSoft, SQL Server, Oracle and associated applications on a 24 * 7 support agreement. MGA was selected on cost effectiveness as well as its strong expertise in the products that it is supporting.

Malaysian Electricity Giant TNB Uses MGA
MGA has been engaged to assist Itron Australasia in performannce tuning the Malaysian TNB implementation of the Itron product.

Multinet Gas Customer and Outage Management System
MGA is completely responsible for performance load testing and tuning of the new Multinet Gas Customer and Outage Management System. This system also includes SAP, Itron, Cognos and webMethods and has enjoyed a highly success rollout with excellent performance, robustness and scalability.
